My responsibilities: In my role as an Account Manager at iCarLease, my responsibilities extend beyond conventional sales. I am dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. From understanding their unique needs to guiding them through diverse leasing options, my objective is to surpass their expectations. I take pride in building lasting relationships with customers, providing top-notch service that leaves them thoroughly satisfied with their iCarLease experience.

Background: I'm nearly 30 and live in Doncaster. Back in 2011, I started my automotive journey as an apprentice in fleet and retail car & van sales. I worked my way up the ladder, gaining valuable experience. In late 2020, I made a big move in my career and joined iCarLease – and I haven't looked back since. It's been an exciting ride, and I'm pumped to keep contributing to iCarLease's success.

Fun Fact/Interest: Rowing for both Yorkshire and England in both team and single events stands out as my greatest sporting achievement. When it comes to cars, my favourite has to be the Pagani Huayra.
